Return Process

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our team has inspected and approved the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
